The Kingdom Resort - Your Stay in Ledig

The Kingdom Resort offers air-conditioned rooms and self-catering villas. Each room includes a mini fridge, coffee-and-tea-making facilities, and an en suite bathroom with a bathrobe and slippers. Self-catering villas come with a private plunge pool, a fire pit, BBQ facilities, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a Bosch induction cooktop, Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, and Miele dishwasher. Some villas feature a private splash pool and a covered braai area. Guests can choose between rooms only or self-catering.

The resort has two restaurants: the Acacia Terrace Café, which serves a buffet with fresh meat cooked in front of you, and the Jungle Bar Cafe, which offers pizzas, Pina Coladas, and other cocktails. The Acacia Terrace Café also provides breakfast buffets. A convenience store on site sells basics, but the restaurant menu is limited for picky eaters. Guests can buy alcohol from the bar to take back to their villa. The nearest Spar, KFC, and McDonalds are a 5-minute drive away.

Guests can enjoy two swimming pools (one heated), a kids' pool with water slides, and a water park. Activities include archery, mini golf, game drives, quad biking, and spa services at the Body Bliss Spa. There is a playground, a children's club with daily planned activities, and movie nights at 7pm. The Splash Kingdom Water Park and the adventure center are on site. Guests can book game drives through Leap Adventures.

The resort is located alongside Pilanesberg National Park, 5 km from Sun City Resort and a 40-minute drive from Rustenburg. A free shuttle runs to Sun City and Sun Village. Pilanesberg International Airport is 5.4 km away. Lanseria International Airport is a 2-hour drive. Guests can also use the shuttle to access Sun City's entertainment complex.

The resort offers 24-hour security, key card access, a shuttle bus to Sun City, and a convenience store open until 18:00. Housekeeping is daily, and laundry can be left at reception (returned by 9pm next day). The rooms have air conditioning, but lack phones in some areas. The resort has a spa, a minimarket, and a bar. Staff are generally helpful and friendly.
